On the 10th of June, in solemn conditions of the Organ Hall a concert-action «Everyone can help» took place in support of the regional project «Virtual parents».

Children-orphans from the Osa children’s house-boarding school and adult participants of the project were invited to the concert with the participation of stars of the Russian scene. There weren’t any vacant seats in the hall, and all who had come to this evening were united with the sincere atmosphere of cosiness and goodwill. The guests had an opportunity to take part in the project directly at the place — to their service there was access to the Internet in the hall.
At the press conference, dedicated to the concert-action, the minister of social development Ekaterina Berber noted, that the action was dated for the Children Protection Day. Also she told about the realization in the Perm region of the program on the distribution of children-orphans and children left without the parental care to families: 87 % of the children (18 thousands) from that category were already arranged in various family forms. They found either a real family, or a professional one. At the same time, Ekaterina Vladimirovna emphasized, rather a big part of the children has various deviations in health and for such children it is very difficult to get in a family. The project «Virtual parents, instructors, friends» is aimed exactly at the rehabilitation of this category of children. Ekaterina Vladimirovna expressed hope, that owing to the project the Internet-correspondence would gradually grow for children-orphans to true friendship with people who would stretch their hands to them so that they could become high-grade members of our society and could be better guided in the modern world.
After the minister’s opening address the actors-participants told about the participation in the action and their attitude to the problem: they were Leon Oganezov and Marina Khlebnikova.

Leon Oganezov:
— In the end of the winter I was told about the preparation of this action and was suggested to participate. I participated in similar actions earlier, but there it was easier. I worked with Kobzon much — accompanied him during the heavy times after 1991 when he could not afford an orchestra. We had many concerts in the different corners of the country. And in each city he necessarily found one children’s house where we came and acted absolutely for free. They were patronage concerts for militarians, for hospitals and for children — this kind tradition as we can see, has been kept till now.
But there they were usual healthy children — and even that was hard for us. There was a case in my experience when I seated on my knees a child in one of children’s houses, and other kids were there and then they all jumped up, wishing too to ride on a knee. These children miss attention very much.
I can tell that all of us are very kind people. In our souls. But here it is an absolutely different question — to organize ourselves so that to render some concrete help. The same as, for example, the rights of invalids today are not observed anywhere — shops and office buildings are not equipped by special ramps, and the public transport has no entrance traps for carriages. And these concrete lacks continue to exist day by day though each of us sympathizes with these people in our souls. The attention of all our country should be paid to it.
Yesterday I opened the script of our today’s concert and saw there the verses written by the girl-invalid which shook me:
" What forces to leave in immortality the smallest particles of life?
They are divided by stars and centuries, and I disappear together with them.
But disappearing in the Universal book, I leave sensitive features.
And in each atom and in each instant between me and eternity there bridges lie «.

These are the lines, deepest in the sense, which were written by a girl who cannot move, speak, and read. We believe that all of them are especial and talented, it is just necessary to enable them, to give them conditions, to give a hand and to help.
Only idlers say that they love everybody, all mankind because it is much more difficult to grow fond of one person. One man should help one other man with a concrete action. If it is done by everybody, there will remain no people who will be left without any help. Because there are not a lot of those people who require our help.
Marina Khlebnikova:
— I was glad to the invitation from Perm as I participate frequently in various projects, and public organizations are engaged in carrying out of many of them. Knowing it, the organizers of the action in Perm invited me to take part not only as a singer, but also as a master of ceremony, and I agreed without hesitation.

And today I have such practice: if I give a concert somewhere I make a term to organizers following which they bring on a concert to me, for example, a bus of children and give them free-of-charge places.

Actually similar things are practised by many artists, simply they prefer to not speak about it, as the same as me, they do not wish to hang up a medal on their breasts for it.

The concert, on which children-orphans acted on the stage next to the eminent artists, left surprising memoirs in the memory of each spectator, not speaking about the children who believed that they had come to a fantastic ball.
Senior tutor Shikhanova T.V.:
— The 10th of June was the day which became bright and unusual to the pupils of the Osa children’s house-boarding school. For they waited and prepared with impatience — not only children, but we, tutors, also. As the participants of the project «Virtual parents, instructors, friends» we were invited in Perm to the concert-action «Everyone can help».

The organizers of the action, the regional fund of children-orphans and children left without parental care support «Let’s help children» did their best that the children’s impressions were best and bright. Children observed their works with pleasure on the stands issued in the foyer, met the people who they had known till now only by correspondence, and accepted generous gifts.
However, first one could feel vigilance, excitement and light confusion which passed quickly when the adults surrounded the children with attention, giving them tender smiles and sights.
Warm friendly atmosphere reigned in the hall — and the hall for 400 places was filled completely! Then the performance on the stage began and riveted the children’s attention to it. Yes, rather! As there on the stage a master of ceremony was a popular singer Marina Khlebnikova. One should see her eyes when the heroes of the festivities — the Osa children’s house-boarding school pupils went on the stage! Russian national dance in their performance amazed both spectators and organizers of the concert. «Bravo! Well done! « — scanned all the people in the hall.

In the end of the concert everyone received a bright toy balloon and a photo as a keepsake. I can say that such events don’t happen frequently — it was a real holiday! It will be remembered for a long time, leaving a kind trace in the children’s souls and hearts!
